The Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community strives to make this website accessible in accordance with national legislation, the German Equality for Persons with Disabilities Act (BGG) and the German Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) 2.0 in order to implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This statement was drafted/revised on 09/09/2022.

1.2 How accessible is the site?

This website is partially accessible. The requirements of BITV 2.0 are only partially met.

1.3 Which sections are not accessible?

The requirements of BITV 2.0 were used as a basis when creating the website. The website is partially accessible. An accessibility test is to be performed until the end of 2022 in accordance with BITV 2.0. As soon as the test result is available, the level of accessibility achieved will be recorded and any non-accessible elements will be added to this section.

2. Actions

The Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community strives to make the website https://www.e-rechnung-bund.de accessible. The site is currently partially accessible. To achieve compliance with BITV 2.0, a final BITV test of the achieved accessibility level will be performed initially followed by the subsequent rectification of the discrepancies described in 1.3.

2.1 Schedule

We will continue to work on implementing the specifications together with the scheduled website updates (at least twice a year).

By doing so, the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Community ensures that any outstanding issues are being dealt with step by step and are made available to users.
